FMT 2 Program REQUIREMENTS

This Fleet Maintenance Tracking software is for record keeping in a fleet repair shop.
It tracks any Type of Vehicle from Trucks and Equipment to Cars. Parts Inventory, Work Orders, Personnel, Vendors, Purchases, and Internal Account Transactions.
Summary and Detail reports are generated for user-specified time frames and Outline.

All Cost for each Unit will be Tracked by the Unit Number, System (Group) and District ( Location)

Labor cost tracking Summary and Detailed by Employee and Vehicle’s

Parts Book listing of all parts used on each Unit

 Track Your Purchases by lineitem entry with Your Internal Account Numbers
 The System is Built so you can use a two part Account Number System.
As you will see in the Account Database. And you can also Track Cost from Different Locations or Districts by using the "Dist. Id Number"
